A base station cabinet type air conditioner, an operation control method and a controller are disclosed. The air conditioner includes a controller (110), a compressor (120) and a DC fan (130). The controller (110) adopts a direct current power supply input to control operation of a compressor (120) by outputting a first DC control signal and control the DC fan (130) to run at different rotating speeds by outputting a second DC control signal.
