TWO-DIMENSIONAL BAR CODE PATTERN-BASED METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SHARING WI-FI NETWORK INFORMATION

Disclosed are a two-dimensional bar code pattern-based method and system for sharing Wi-Fi network information. A Wi-Fi network information providing device accesses a Wi-Fi network, acquires access point information of the accessed Wi-Fi network, and converts the access point information into a two-dimensional bar code pattern. A Wi-Fi network information receiving device acquires the two-dimensional bar code pattern, resolves the two-dimensional bar code pattern to acquire the access point information, and connects to the Wi-Fi network on the basis of the access point information. By sharing the Wi-Fi network information via the two-dimensional bar code pattern, the present invention increases the efficiency in sharing the Wi-Fi network information, also, even if the two-dimensional bar code pattern is seen by another user, same would not acquire data such as access point network type and password, therefore, the present invention also increases the security of access to the Wi-Fi network.
