A rectification column (100) for multi-component mixture separation with internal heat and mass exchange, which ensures a heat and mass exchange in the film mode with internal reflux generation along the whole length of heat and mass exchange tubes (8) and which allows for an increased efficiency, is proposed. The rectification column includes the rectifying/enriching section (1 ) with the heat and mass exchange in its tubular (12) and annular (11 ) spaces being topped by a heat carrier distributor (15) with a distributor chamber (17) on top of the heat carrier distributor (15) in such a way that a higher pressure of fluid heat carrier in the distributor chamber (17) than in the annular space (11 ) is allowed. The design of the distributor (15) allows to separate an upper outlet (13) for heat carrier vapors and a lower outlet (27) for liquid heat carrier from the annular space (11 ) completely from the fluid supply (14) of fluid heat carrier in the distributor chamber (17). A feed-in device (33) allows the multi-component mixture to enter the tublar spaces (12) from below. A device 35 for liquid phase (from the multi-component mixture) discharge from the rectification column (100). A heating medium vessel (6) may be connected to the annular space (11 ) and steam condenser (18) of the heat carrier medium. One or more additional lower rectification section/s (19) with the heat and mass exchange in its tubular space (25) of tubes (23) being aligned with tubes (8) may be provided directly below the enriching section (1 ). A steaming section (34), Tubes 8 and 23 may be equipped with turbulators 16. The rectification column permits to extract intermediate fractions of the separated mixture with the help of appropriate devices installed below the enriching section (1 ).
