The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing drought stress resistance of a plant, a transgenic plant having drought stress resistance, and a method for producing a transgenic plant. A plant having a new function and having superior drought resistance can be produced by using the composition for enhancing drought stress resistance of a plant and the method for producing the transgenic plant.
