The pockel cell control circuit (10) has a switchgear unit (11) by which an electrical voltage can be disconnected at the Pockels cell (12). A delay unit (13) is provided by which the time of on and or switching off of the electrical voltage is controllable. The switchgear has a Push Pull circuit. An independent claim is included for a laser device, and a method.
