The wind-powered highly efficient system for conducting away waste heat, wherein the system - at least one wind power plant (1) - comprises at least one system unit (2) which produces the waste heat and which is to be cooled, - a cooling water circuit (3) for cooling the system unit (2), - a circulation pump (4), driven by the wind power plant (1), for the cooling water, and - at least one radiator (7) in the cooling water circuit (3), and wherein the circulation pump (4) has a direct mechanical drive connection to the wind power plant (1), if appropriate via a gear mechanism, is characterized in that in the wind power plant (1) two radial turbines (8) which are oriented one next to the other and in parallel are arranged with a vertical rotational axis (9), said radial turbines (8) being connected to one another and being pivotable about a pivoting axis (10) parallel to the turbine axes (9), in that the pivoting axis (10) and a wind distributor (11), in particular a V-shaped wind distributor, are located outside the connecting line of the turbine axes (9), in that the pivoting axis (10) and the wind distributor (11) are located on the common side of the connecting line (32), and in that the at least one radiator (7) is arranged on the side of the wind distributor (11) facing the wind.
