A drill stopper (100, 200) and a drill (1000) equipped with the stopper. The drill stopper (100, 200) is used for being disposed on a rod of the drill (1000) to adjust the drilling depth of the drill (1000), and comprises a first sleeve (110, 210) and a second sleeve (120, 220). A part of the first sleeve (110, 210) and a part of the second sleeve (120, 220) are mutually sleeved, and both the first sleeve (110, 210) and the second sleeve (120, 220) have an eccentric through hole (111, 121, 211, 221). The first sleeve (110, 210) and the second sleeve (120, 220) rotate relative to each other, so that the size of an inner space limited by the eccentric through hole (111, 121) of the first sleeve (110, 210) and the eccentric through hole (211, 221) of the second sleeve (120, 220) is changed.
