A drive method for shutter-type 3D glasses, comprising: the left and right lenses of the glasses being transparent in the transparent period thereof and being closed in the closing period thereof respectively, wherein a drive circuit of the shutter-type 3D glasses executing the step of at least outputting a low level in one transparent period of each lens. The drive method and drive circuit can effectively improve the flickering of shutter-type 3D glasses.
