The present invention relates to a device for fixing internal and external construction materials. The purpose of the present invention is to lower construction costs for the mounting of the internal and external construction materials and simultaneously reduce a gap between the internal and external construction materials and the outer or inner wall member of a building when mounting the internal and external construction materials by employing a position control piece such that first horizontal concave and convex portions or first vertical concave and convex portions are formed on the bottom surface or the side surface of a holding protrusion part of the position control piece and second horizontal concave and convex portions or second vertical concave and convex portions are formed on the holding protrusion of the position control hole at a fixing bracket, and thus the position control piece is selectively controlled without sliding in the back and forth directions on the horizontal part of the fixing bracket so as to be stably and simply fixed such that the mounting of the construction internal and external materials can be simply carried out.
