A current measurement system for measuring the current in a wire, an optical current transformer and a fixing device for the optical current transformer, an optical signal sampler and a corresponding method. The measurement system (10) comprises an optical current transformer (11), an optical signal sampler (12) and a controller (13). The optical current transformer utilizes a magnetic field generated by the current to generate an optical signal corresponding to the current. The optical signal sampler comprises: a photoelectric conversion interface unit (121), for converting the optical signal into an electric signal, the electric signal including a direct current component signal and an alternating current component signal; a direct current component processing unit (122), for extracting the direct current component signal from the electric signal; an alternating current component processing unit (123), for extracting the alternating current component signal from the electric signal by extracting the direct current component signal from the electric signal; and an analogue-to-digital conversion unit (124), converting the alternating current component signal into a digital alternating current component signal. The controller multiplies the digital alternating current component signal by a correction coefficient, so as to acquire the measured value of the current.
