Disclosed are a tax refund system, a method for providing a tax refund process, and a customer device for an affiliated store. The tax refund system is a system for providing tax refunds to foreign tourists, and comprises: a database server for matching a customer number issued to a foreign tourist registered as a member with a purchase list of the foreign tourist, and storing the matched customer number and purchase list; and a refund operating server for issuing and storing a refund statement for the tax refund, searching for the purchase list on the basis of the customer number, and implementing an electronic data process for approving the carrying out and processing of the refund.
