PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus can arrange images in a modulated manner or arranging images with a story by automatically selecting images as intended.;SOLUTION: Information regarding a set of frames that is associated with a condition indicating a relative relationship between a set of images to be arranged in the set of frames is obtained (S601). The set of images are extracted from a plurality of images, wherein the set of images extracted satisfies the condition that is associated with the information regarding the set of frames obtained (S603).
