A circular shaft length, outer diameter, runout value and roundness measurement device, comprising a base (10), a control center, a first measurement mechanism disposed on the base (10) and controlled by the control center to measure the circular shaft length, and a second measurement mechanism (13) disposed on the base (10) and controlled by the control center to measure the circular shaft outer diameter, runout value and roundness; the first measurement mechanism comprises two intervally disposed bearing assemblies (11, 15) and a sensor; the sensor utilizes the distance variation between the two bearing assemblies (11, 15) to measure the circular shaft length; the second measurement mechanism (13) comprises an optical detector (131) emitting parallel light, and measures the circular shaft outer diameter, runout value and roundness by utilizing the structure irradiating parallel light onto the circular shaft. Also disclosed is a measurement method of the measurement device.
