The method of the enzymatic treatment of untreated polymer raw material of the present invention, include the following steps: that (one) preferably separates soluble component with untreated polymer raw material, (two) handle untreated polymer raw material with enzyme system to discharge determining soluble monomer structure block or oligomerization structure block from insoluble untreated polymer raw material; (3) it prepares in the determining monomer structure block of separation or oligomerization structure block step b) from remaining untreated polymer feed. Preferably, the enzyme system used in step b) includes to be no more than 50%, preferably more than 20%, more preferably no more than 10%, more preferably no more than 5%, more preferably no more than 2%, just not saying preferably no greater than 1% other enzymatic activity the enzyme activities cause the monomer structure block for discharging the determination or oligomerization structure block from original polymer raw material according to step b). Additional aspects of the present invention are related to less using ' pure ', therefore less expensive enzyme system determines the sequence of best enzymatic treatment step in subsequent enzymatic treatment step and method, passes through the use of analysis original polymer raw material.
