MOTOR BUILT-IN, INSERTION-TYPE CONCRETE VIBRATOR

A motor built-in, insertion-type concrete vibrator, comprising a power cord (1), a controller (2), a connecting cable, a rubber tube (5), and a vibrating rod (6). The vibrating rod (6) consists of a housing (7), a built-in motor (9) arranged within the housing (7), and an eccentric block (8) arranged on a rotary shaft of the built-in motor (9). Furthermore, a stator of the built-in motor (9) is formed by assembling together three pieces of metal cores formed by stacking identical washers then fitted with a winding, where each metal core is provided with only one tooth (9-1). A lead of the built-in motor (9) is sandwiched between two layers of rubber bands (12 and 13) and is sealed by pressing tight an inner platen (11) and an outer platen (14). The vibrator solves for the built-in motor (9) the problem of wiring and the problem of lead sealing.
