An adjustment device for hidden hinges comprises a first body (13) belonging to a movable portion (5) of an hidden door leaf hinge; a second body (14) which can be associated with a door leaf (6); a first (15) and a second control element (16) associated with said first (13) and second body (14) so as to determine the relative position thereof among a plurality of relative stable positions; coupling means (17) of the type with inclines planes, acting between the first control element (15) and the second body (14) so as to shift the second body (14) along a first direction (D1), and between the second control element (16) and the second body (14) so as to shift the second body (14) along a second direction (D2) orthogonal to the first one (D1).
