FIELD TEST METHOD AND TEST APPARATUS FOR MEMBRANE ELECTRODE STATUS OF FUEL CELL STACK

摘要

A field test method and a test apparatus for membrane electrodes status of a fuel cell stack. Hydrogen and nitrogen or air is supplied by the fuel cell (5) under test. The voltage of the fuel cell (5) is consumed until zero by using a load. A constant current source (1) is adopted for constant current charging the fuel cell (5) under test. The charging current is measured by a current sensor (2). The current signal of the current sensor (2) and the voltage signal of each cell of the fuel cell (5) under test is collected by a data collector (3), converted into digital signal and transmitted to a data processing unit (4). Automatic processing of the measured data is implemented through programming by the data processing unit (4). The parameters such as the catalyst active area, electric double-layer capacitance, hydrogen permeation current, and impedance and so on of the membrane electrodes of the fuel cell (5) under test are provided by the differential and integral calculation of the voltage data collected from each cell of the fuel cell (5).
