The present invention discloses a method, device and system for policy control of fixed-mobile convergence. The method for policy control of fixed-mobile convergence comprises: when a 3GPP UE accesses an RG, a PCRF receives a notification sent by an IP border entity or the PCEF via an IP-CAN session established when the RG accesses it, wherein the notification carries user information about the 3GPP UE; and when the PCRF receives application information or service information, if the application information or service information carries user information about the 3GPP UE, the PCRF makes a policy decision according to user subscription information about the 3GPP UE. By means of the present invention, port resources can be saved.
