Disclosed is a petroleum coke proportion and addition control system, comprising at least a first work area and a second work area; the first work area consists of a petroleum coke bin A (1), a petroleum coke coal feeder A (5), a raw coal bin A (2), a raw coal feeder A (6), a coal grinder A (9), and a PID controller A (31); and the second work area consists of a petroleum coke bin B (4), a raw coal bin B (3), a petroleum coke coal feeder B (8), a raw coal feeder B (7), a coal grinder B (10), and a PID controller B (32). In conjunction with the characteristic of little ash content in petroleum coke, the present invention can accurately control the addition amount of petroleum coke by means of the independent yet cooperative work of the two work areas, thus reducing the ash content in the raw coal, and achieving the ash value required by the design.
