摘要

The present invention relates to a method for inducing a plant immune response by means of seed priming of high-temperature treated bacillus culture solution. High-pressure sterilized culture solution of Bacillus sp. strains PB 69 and 1628, which are selected in the present invention, show a similar effect to that of benzothiadiazole (BTH) which induces induced systemic resistance of plants. Also, the high-pressure sterilized culture of Bacillus sp. strains PB 69 and 1628 induce the promotion of plant growth and show the effect of preventing plant diseases. Therefore, it is expected that the present invention can contribute to the improvement in crop productivity.
