Disclosed are a self-oscillating nozzle (6) and a pulse-aided back-flushing ash cleaning apparatus of a filter equipped with the nozzle (6). One end of the back-flushing pipeline (7) of the apparatus communicates with a back-flushing gas tank (9) by a pulse-aided back-flushing valve (8), and the other end is provided with a self-oscillating nozzle (6) corresponding to the top part of an ejector (4). The nozzle (6) comprises a hollow, cylindrical self-oscillation cavity (61) the upper and lower end of which are equipped with a gas inlet (62) and outlet (63), the inlet (62) communicating with the back-flushing pipeline (7). An oscillation frequency regulating component (64) is suspended in the oscillation cavity (61) corresponding to the axial direction of the inlet (62) and the outlet (63), and the component (64) is of a fusiform shape, in which it tapers at the two ends and is wide in the middle, and the outer surface is a smooth transitional face.
