Provided is an implementation method of a secure Internet bank combined with a mobile terminal, comprising the implementation steps of: adding a mobile phone login password authentication step on the foundation of an original dynamic password lock and a USB KEY. A user can only successfully log into the transaction interface of an Internet bank to perform an operation by sending a correct mobile phone login password via a specific mobile phone number. The implementation method of the secure Internet bank provided in the present invention utilizes the principle that mobile communication and Web login use different independent networks, thus greatly reducing the possibility of disclosure or unauthorized use of a key, and improving Internet bank operation security.
