Provided is an implementation method of a secure Internet bank combined with a mobile terminal, the method comprising the implementation steps of: adding a mobile phone login password authentication step on the foundation of an original dynamic password lock and a USB KEY. When a user logs into a mobile phone Internet bank client terminal, the user needs to input an instantaneously received dynamic mobile phone login password for authentication; and only after the password is verified to be correct, can the user successfully log into a Web terminal and continue to operate the Internet bank system. The implementation method of the secure Internet bank provided in the present invention utilizes the principle that mobile communication and Web login use different independent networks and use dynamic passwords for authentication, thus greatly reducing the possibility of disclosure or unauthorized use of a key, and improving Internet bank operation security.
