This method have the advantage that: (I) improves thickening efficiency sludge with improved settling property sludge, reduces concentration time, reduces its volume concentration pond; (II) is to reduce its volume dewatered sludge correspondingly, to reduce succedent heat treatment loads; (III) is dry with low energy consumption; Low speed is mobile in the drying process for (IV) mud granule, stablizes, to generate reliably in no powder; After (V) dry exhaust gas can reach environment-friendly type standard discharge,Washing; (VI) output mud granule is not compact, is conducive to using as succedent resources.
