The invention discloses a kind of method for integration of thickening, dehydration and aerobic air drying of sewage sludge comprising following steps: (1) organic medicament is quenched; (2) excess sludge after organic medicament is quenched is subjected to gravity concentration; (3) inorganic medicament is quenched; (4) mechanical dehydration; (5) it is crushed dispersion; (6) aerobic air drying. The beneficial effects of the present invention are: (1) improves the settling property of excess sludge, to improve sludge condensation efficiency, shorten concentration time, reduces concentration pool volume; (2) dewatered sludge amount is correspondingly reduced, the burden of subsequent heat treatment is alleviated; (3) energy consumption for drying is lower; (4) during drying, motion state mitigates mud granule, generates without dust, and production stablizes, is safe; (6) dry tail gas can discharge after washing up to environmental protection standard; (7) discharging mud granule is loose, is convenient for subsequent resource utilization.
