An airflow induction type wind and thermal hybrid power generation system of the present invention comprises: a pair of airflow producing means (110) made of a light transmittable material in the form of a tunnel for producing an airflow by using the sunlight temperature and the atmospheric pressure difference; a pair of first airflow guide means (120) for providing respective passages for the airflows from the pair of airflow producing means; a second airflow guide means (130) arranged to vertically communicate with the pair of first airflow guide means for guiding a rising airflow; a plurality of wind power generation means (140) arranged with a given interval along the pair of first airflow guide means for generating electricity by means of the current of the airflow guided by the pair of first airflow guide means; and a thermal power generation means (150) arranged in the region connecting the pair of first airflow guide means and the second airflow guide means for generating electricity by using the heat produced by means of a fuel and the airflow guided by the pair of first airflow guide means. The present invention enables the system to simultaneously perform the wind and the thermal power generation by means of the strong convection induced by the sunlight temperature and the atmospheric pressure difference, thus capable of wind and/or thermal power generation for 24 hours per day throughout the year regardless of the natural environment.
