The present invention combines the single-core optical transmission intelligent communication module and multiple terminal devices to form a network, thereby comprehensively improving the reliability and the timeliness of informatization management of the multiple terminals, and reducing the cost of networking and the cost of maintenance. The present invention also provides a practical technical scheme for construction of an urban all-optical network.
