Provided is a magnetic sheet suitable for a contactless charging device. In a magnetic sheet for a contactless power receiving device having a laminate of two or more types of magnetic thin plates, at least one layer has a unit structure provided with two or more of the same-type of magnetic thin plates provided adjacent to each other on the same plane, and the width of a gap between the magnetic thin plates in the unit structure is 0 mm - 1 mm. Additionally, the shape of the unit structure is preferably any one of a comb-like shape, a spiral shape, a corrugated shape, an oblique comb-like shape, and a concentric shape.
