A curable resin composition for forming an infrared-reflecting film is provided. Using said curable resin composition, an infrared-reflecting film that blocks infrared light can be formed without the use of vapor deposition. An infrared-reflecting film obtained using said curable resin composition, a method for manufacturing said infrared-reflecting film, and an infrared cut-off filter that blocks infrared light, including near-infrared light, are also provided. This curable resin composition for forming an infrared-reflecting film can be applied so as to form a film that is 50 to 250 nm thick and has an index of refraction of 1.65 to 2.00. Alternatively, this curable resin composition for forming an infrared-reflecting film can be applied so as to form a film that is 50 to 250 nm thick and has an index of refraction of 1.20 to 1.45.
