A method for generating learning contents by a server of the present invention can comprise the steps of: receiving a setting for question sheet conditions from a first user terminal, and providing a question list matching the question sheet conditions to the first user terminal; receiving selections for the question list from the first user terminal, and generating the question sheet based on the selected questions; receiving the selections for a question sheet list from a second user terminal, and providing the selected question sheet to the second user terminal; and requesting an estimation for questions of the question sheet of the first user terminal and the second user terminal, and receiving the estimated results.
