The present invention relates to a coupling structure of spacers for a multilayer glass, and the coupling structure of the spacers comprises: a rectangular window frame (10) provided with a coupling protrusion (11) along the lengthwise direction of the upper surface of the window frame; a plurality of sheets of glass (20A, 20B) installed on the inside of the window frame (10); and the spacers (30) installed between each of the plurality of sheets of glass (20A, 20B) and coupled to the coupling protrusion (11), wherein the spacers comprise a main body (31) have a length, an accommodation groove (32) having an open upper portion and provided on the upper surface of the main body (31) in the lengthwise direction thereof, a coupling portion (33) comprising one pair of protrusions (33A) are separated at a specific distance from each other along the bottom surface of the main body (31) and protrude perpendicularly to form the shape of an "11," and stopping portions (33B) extending from the bottom ends of the one pair of protrusions (33A) and having a bent form so as to face each other, and a moisture absorbent (34) filled in the accommodation groove (32) for absorbing moisture, wherein one pair of contact protrusions (31A, 31B) is protrudingly provided on an upper portion and a lower portion of both side surfaces of the main body. According to the above structure, the present invention can simply couple and fix the spacers to the window frame, and the efficiency of installing the spacers can be improved.
