The present invention relates to the technical fields of electronics and machinery, and disclosed are a personalized signature device and a cellular phone with same. The device comprises a panel layer, a signature sheet and a backlight component layer, wherein the panel layer comprises a transparent layer and an ink layer, and the ink layer is attached on the lower surface of the transparent layer and used for reducing the light transmittance below the panel layer; the signature sheet is movably embedded between the ink layer and the backlight component layer, and the signature sheet comprises a transparent thin sheet and a photo-resistant ink layer on the upper surface of the transparent thin sheet; and the backlight component layer is fixed below the panel layer, and when being lighted, used for serving as an area light source emitting light to illuminate the signature sheet. The adoption of this technical solution can satisfy the demands of consumers for personalized signatures and improves the use experience of the consumers.
