An optical sensing module, an optical mechanism of a spectrometer, and a spectrometer. The optical sensing module comprises an optical sensing element (1) and an optical fiber. The optical sensing element has at least one column of photosensitive units (11). The optical fiber is made of a light-transmitting material and has a cylindrical surface, and one side of the cylindrical surface is disposed relative to the photosensitive units, so as to change the incident light received by at least a part of the photosensitive units. The optical sensing module can increase the amount of collected light of the optical sensing element, and is suitable for improving the overall light receiving or utilization rate of a miniature device or system.
