The present invention relates to the production method providing size stability of wool/wool blend fabrics. In particular, the present invention relates to a method providing size stability of the wool or wool blend fabrics in the textile industry, wherein it comprises the following process step: application of a force by means of a pressing roller on said fabrics with temperature and time values varying according to the wool content, color tone, and loading amount of said fabrics and enabling the disulfide bonds to be broken in a water bath disposed inside a wet finishing machine provided with temperature, time and pressing control.
