Provided is a pre-formed marine fixed platform, comprising a pre-formed platform main body (1), with several watertight holds (4), ballast tanks (3) and gravel holds (5) arranged in the main body (1) and separated by means of a hold partition wall (2), wherein the ballast tanks (3) are located at the bottom of the main body (1), the watertight holds (4) are located above the ballast tanks (3), a gravel channel (6) communicating with the outside of the main body (1) is provided at the bottom of the gravel holds (5), several positioning devices are respectively provided along the periphery of the main body (1), and a positioning pole (8) capable of extending downwards beyond the bottom of the main body (1) is respectively provided on each positioning device. Further provided is a method of installing a pre-formed marine fixed platform. The platform is arranged conveniently and quickly, making the foundation levelling easy with a high evenness.
