摘要

FIELD: shipbuilding; drilling equipment; building of stationary platforms for development of oil-gas fields in continental shelf. SUBSTANCE: platform includes multi-deck hull cut by well pits, harbor facilities for motion to axis of any well and drilling rigs arranged on harbor facilities. Innovation of invention consists in low level of wellheads which are located below waterline due to openings provided in upper and integral decks which connect rooms of hold with rooms in superstructure forming single drilling rooms covered with roof at superstructure top provided with cargo hatches. Harbor facilities are made in form of separate platform and harbor frame mounted above this platform which makes it possible not only shift equipment of drilling rigs but arrange it without drilling derricks. In course of installation of platform, well pits are sealed by means of additional covers and marine riser, thus providing for dry working rooms located below waterline.
