Shelf servicing system with a mobile support and a stationary displacement buffer and method for a shelf servicing system

The system has a programmable controller controlling a dynamic alterable stop point based on comparison of actual speed (Vi) and target speed such that earlier cooperation between a buffer stop (DPA) and a displacement buffer (VP) is performed during approximation of a driving cross part (FT) to an end of a passage (FG) when the actual speed is higher than the target speed, and subsequent or no cooperation of the buffer stop with the displacement buffer is occurred during approximation of the driving cross part to the end when the actual speed is smaller or equal to the target speed. An independent claim is also included for a method for starting a driving cross part of a shelf control system.
