Disclosed is a method for comprehensive regeneration and utilization of urban household garbage and sludge. The garbage is manually sorted, then transferred into a bag breaking machine to carry out bag breaking treatment. The bag broken garbage is screened in a roller, and the undersize products are subjected to magnetic separation and crushing to obtain crushed undersize products. The oversize products are separated into organic substances, inorganic substances and waste plastic through dry blowing. The inorganic substances are used for preparing building materials after magnetic separation, manual sorting and crushing. The waste plastic is cracked at high temperature to recover crude oil refined to obtain renewable diesel. The organic substances are subjected to magnetic separation, manual sorting and crushing to obtain crushed organic substances. The crushed organic substances, the crushed undersize products and sludge are mixed to obtain sludge mixture which is subjected to dewatering, drying and shaping to obtain charcoal products. Waste gas fuel generated from high-temperature cracking of waste plastics is used as a fuel for drying sludge mixture. Residual carbon black generated from high-temperature cracking of waste plastic is added into the sludge mixture to obtain charcoal products.
