Provided are a tracking display system, a tracking display program, a tracking display method, a wearable device using these, a tracking display program for the wearable device, and an operation method for the wearable device that are capable of increasing operability of a program in a three-dimensional space. This tracking display system includes: a display unit that displays display objects, inside a virtual space; a detection unit that detects a target image inside an actual space, for selecting the display object; and a control unit that controls at least the display object position. In addition, the control unit displays the display object such that same tracks the movement of the target, if a determination has been made that the display object and the target image overlap in the display unit.
