FRAGILE PAPER ANTI-FAKE RFID LABEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a fragile paper anti-fake RFID label and a manufacturing method thereof. The label comprises an RFID label layer adopting fragile paper as a base material. Hot melt adhesive is provided on a back side of the RFID label layer. A fragile paper-based temperature change anti-fake layer is provided on a front side of the RFID label layer. A temperature change material inside the fragile paper-based temperature change anti-fake layer has a temperature change threshold no more than a lower limit of a melting point temperature of the hot melt adhesive. When the temperature reaches the temperature change threshold of the temperature change material, at least a partial area of the fragile paper-based temperature change anti-fake layer changes color in an irreversible manner. The manufacturing method comprises: manufacturing temperature change anti-fake fragile paper with back adhesive and a release paper liner, and performing die-cutting forming on the temperature change anti-fake fragile paper for subsequent use; manufacturing a fragile paper-based RFID label; and peeling off the release paper liner of the temperature change anti-fake fragile paper after the die-cutting, and aligning to attach the temperature change anti-fake fragile paper on a front side of the fragile paper-based RFID label, to obtain a fragile paper anti-fake RFID label. The RFID label of the present invention has an excellent anti-fake function.
