摘要

Disclosed are a method for preparing high-melting-point recycled polyester used for sheath-core polyester staple fiber layer, and an application thereof. The high-melting-point recycled polyester uses recycled polyester, whose main component is polyester bottle flakes, as the raw material and is prepared by the following process: recycled raw materials—cleaning—proportioning—drum drying—multi-level filtering—liquid tackifying, wherein the temperature during the drum drying ranges from 100°C to 150°C, and the drying duration ranges from 7h to 10h. The obtained high-melting-point recycled polyester can be used for preparing sheath-core polyester staple fiber, thereby improving the additional value of preparing the recycled polyester staple fiber with polyester waste; moreover, the prepared sheath-core recycled polyester staple fiber is of stable and good quality, and can be used for making nonwoven, flocking, and a compound material.
