Method for predicting operational efforts of a vehicle travelling on uneven ground

The method involves determining a global transfer function of a body of a vehicle from an attachment point connecting a ground linking system to the body, towards a passenger compartment of the vehicle, and determining a body admittance at the attachment point. An impedance of the system is determined, and blocking forces of the system is determined while driving the vehicle on a macro-rough ground. The transfer function, the body admittance, the impedance and the blocking forces are combined together in order to obtain the prediction of a noise/comfort performance inside the compartment.
