The invention can be used for the industrial production of silicon and titanium. In the method for obtaining silicon and titanium from particles of SiO2 and FeTiO3, electromagnetic interactions are generated between the aforesaid particles and magnetic waves. To this end, energy is excited in crossed fields with parametric resonance in an RLC circuit with multimode modulation at resonance frequencies in a range of 105-1012 Hz and more with the inductive interaction of particles of SiO2 and FeTiO3 in travelling magnetic and electric waves with circular or elliptical polarization in the enclosed volume of an electron-ion loop of current or a particle vortex with an angular frequency in a range of 101-106 Hz with the magnetic, electrical and inertial confinement of the rotating magnetic and electric waves. The invention makes it possible to increase the productivity and simplify the design of facilities for producing silicon and titanium.
