Disclosed are an adjustable buried light and an angle-adjustable apparatus of the buried light. The adjustable buried light comprises a housing (1), an LED light source module (2), and the angle-adjustable apparatus. The housing (1) and the LED light source module (2) are rotatably connected. The angle-adjustable apparatus comprises a steering gear power unit (4) fixed relative to the housing, a power transmission apparatus (5) connected to the steering gear power appratus, a light-beaming angle adjustment apparatus connected between the power transmission apparatus (5) and the LED light source module (2), and an intelligent control device electrically connected to the steering gear power apparatus (4). The adjustable buried light facilitates adjustment of a light-emitting angle, is capable of adapting to environmental changes, and satisfies customer demand.
