HIGH-POWER LED LAMP WITH HEAT DISSIPATION OF HEAT PIPE

Disclosed is a high-power LED lamp with heat dissipation of a heat pipe. Both ends of a heat pipe pipeline (1) are extended to form an evaporating pipe (10) and a return pipe (11) and connected to a box-shaped evaporating cavity (2). The heat pipe pipeline (1), an LED light source (3) and the box-shaped evaporating cavity (2) are respectively located on two layers, i.e. an upper layer and a lower layer. The heat pipe pipeline (1) located on the upper layer is of a flat spiral structure, extends on the upper layer and can be connected in a plurality of layers. The LED light source (3) and the box-shaped evaporating cavity (2) are located on the lower layer. The two layers form an approximately parallel or slightly oblique location relationship. The box-shaped evaporating cavity (2) forms a hollow box shape, and is formed by extrusion moulding of an aluminium profile. A heat pipe system has a larger heat dissipation area. The evaporating cavity has a stronger heated evaporability, a powerful circulation power, a high heat dissipation efficiency, increases the utilization efficiency of high-power LED lamps such as road lamps and the like, and prolongs the service life.
