Provided are a seismic isolation structure for a fluid-accommodating structure that can be implemented at low cost, and a fluid-accommodating structure in which the seismic isolation structure is used. This invention is provided with: a side wall member (3) for accommodating a fluid in the interior; an outer peripheral bottom plate member (4) extending on the outside or the inside of the side wall member (3) from the bottom end of the side wall member (3); a fluid-supporting foundation (1a) formed on the inside of the side wall member (3); and a seismic isolation device (6) for supporting the load of the outer peripheral bottom plate member (4) and the side wall member (3). The side wall member (3) or the outer peripheral bottom plate member (4) and the fluid-supporting foundation (1a) are provided with a sealing member (7) which prevents the fluid from leaking from between the side wall member (3) or the outer peripheral bottom plate member (4) and the fluid-supporting foundation (1a), the sealing member (7) being made of a material having flexibility and/or an elastic action.
