The present invention relates to an automatic opening/closing device for a cover of a load box, provided on the load box on a dump truck, for preventing loaded material from falling out, and more specifically, to an automatic opening/closing device for a cover of a load box on a dump truck, comprising: a winding-type rolling device installed on the load box; and guide rails provided on two sides of the load box so that a rolling plate can be withdrawn from or wound around the winding-type rolling device, thereby easily covering the load box by withdrawing the rolling plate along the guide rails, and thus preventing loaded material from falling out therefrom while completely blocking the loaded material from being exposed and subject to rain and the like.
