The present invention relates to a trocar which mediates the surgical instruments used during closed surgeries and operations to be inserted inside the body. The objective of the present invention is to provide a trocar which enhances the manoeuvre capability of the surgical instruments by means of its part entering inside the body having almost the same outer diameter with its part outside the body. Another objective of the present invention is to provide a trocar which enables the curved surgical instruments used in operations to be inserted inside the body in closed operations.
