The present invention relates to a device for testing a yaw drive and a pitch drive for a wind generator. The present invention for testing the performance of the yaw drive and the pitch drive installed on a wind generator includes a base including an inner space; a mounting hole which is formed on the top of the base and on which the yaw drive or the pitch drive is mounted to make an output unit of the yaw drive or the pitch drive position in the inner space of the base; a rack which converts the rotation of the output unit of the yaw drive or the pitch drive inserted inside the base into linear movement by being engaged with the output unit via the mounting hole; and a hydraulic cylinder which applies a load to the linear movement of the rack by being connected to a guide which guides the linear movement of the rack inside the base and the rack which applies the rack which is linearly moved along the guide is disclosed. The testing device is provided to obtain the simple structure, to generate little noise, and to minimize an installation space inside a work yard.
