The present invention provides a preventive or inhibitory composition of biofilm formation caused by Staphylococcus aureus containing Streptomyces sp., Kribbella sp., or a supernatant thereof as an active ingredient. The present invention provides a method for preventing or inhibiting biofilm formation through a contact of a formulation or a composition according to the present invention to bacteria. The composition is used as a pharmaceutical composition, a composition for disinfection, a medical washing composition, and a composition for environmental purification.
